Fixed Price Boiler Repair: The first hour will include a diagnosis of the fault and in many cases the repair will also be completed during this time. If I cannot repair the fault in the first hour, I will provide a diagnosis of the fault and then quote a fixed price for the boiler repair.
Hourly Rates: There is a minimum charge of one hour on all jobs (including fault diagnosis). Thereafter, a fixed price quotation is calculated using 30 minute increments. All rates exclude the cost of materials and parking.
